A mysterious cloud moved over North Texas. Was it weather or the military?

If that is a radar anomaly, it's not like any I have seen before.

That looks like a Chinese spy cloud.

The National Weather Service says they think it was chaff released by the military. The military says chaff is safe.

That looks like something being dispersed into the air and the wind is carrying it. Dense or maybe even metallic to be picked up on radar.

I would find on the map, exactly where the source point is and what is in that vicinity ?

Possibly a typical roll cloud.
It's not natural. It's weather tech, nexrad have this capability to generate the sweeping wave (turbulant)
