After listening to Mr. Kennedy for a number of months, I am begining to wonder if he is a snake oil salesman. While he makes claims about his BIC method, etc., being sucessful, everytime someone asks him for the court, he can not disclose it. WHY? If he works what is the problem? The best answer is it does not work and the poor dude who used it is in jail. That is what I heard happened to a number of the BIC users this past week. Say JAIL.

Also, I have read a post that questions that Kennedy is a real doctor. If he is, what medical school did he graduate from? What state is he licensed in? Where does he live? If no one can not provide that basic information, I smell a "skunk". Is anyone really sure Kennedy is his real name as opposed to an alias?

I don't think it will be long and people in america will say "YOU SPENT IT! YOU OWE IT!! to all corporations and government. The WORLD KNOWS it IS PURE CORRUPTION and LIES! I don't know if Kennedy's ICC (Instant Criminal Complaint) works but I know that if you file a UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) form and make yourself the Debtor and the Creditor, of your own property, the Courts will fine you, in forclosure, and then will be forced to pay you at the same time, and so insulating you from the State's forclosure's on your properties.

DR. KENEDY AND HIS -"TEACHINGS"

Yesterday I had an old friend present me with this 1099 oid scheme. He is convinced that at least seven people from his “community” of fourteen people have filed 1099 oid’s and received huge checks from the IRS. He mumbled and muttered about the fact that each American is a “corporation” and now under USC 26, we can file a 1099 oid, and get back our money bla bla bla. Despite the fact he blathered for nearly an hour explaining how seven people from his “community” of fourteen had filed 1099 oid’s and received huge payments from the IRS, he did not know who they identified as the Payer on the 1099 oid form or who they identified as the recipient on the 1099 oid form the allegedly had filed with IRS. Suffice it to say he was acting like someone who just joined a religious cult.
From a cursory review of this topic through use of the Internet, (googling 1099 scam), it appears to me that my friends “community” is merely a local group of misguided followers of the teachings/ramblings of the mysterious Dr. Kennedy and/or other so-called “Paytriot”
Perhaps one of Dr. Kennedy’s more informed followers of Dr. Kennedy could answer my question regarding who they name as the Payer and Recipient when they use the 100 oid form as taught by Dr. Kennedy.

Can you say pay the bill. They did not understand the full process. I guarantee you a bill is involved that did not get paid and now there is another bill they have to pay not with fed reserve notes which are bill. I could tell preach that Mars is made of "Blue Cheese" backing up the statement that little green men visited me and brought me the evidence. Although I would never produce any of the "Blue Cheese" or the green men, and merely tell you reseach it on the web, there will be some people in this world who will believe it. There are simply some crazy people who believe anything weird. Kenney has found those 20 - 25 people out of 300,000,000 people living in the US. More nonesence for a variety of reasons. First, if you are the debtor and creditor, the doctrine of "merger" causes the debtor and creditor to be one, then cancelling each other out. Next, to be a creditor you must have a bona fide debt obligation. You can not be a secured creditor without a valid security agreement. Only after the security agreement do you file the UCC-1. The UCC-1 is merely a public disclosure notice. It by itself does not create a debtor creditor relationship. Instead of listening to Sam's BS and wasting your time, you need to study Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code which deals with secured transactions.

Wait a minute, I forget Sam Kennedy's BS is for "entertainment purposes only", therefore it need not be factual, rather fiction is OK.
