Yes, the NWO is in the business of "culture creation", they are definitely behind hip-hop type music as much as anything. Check out Alan Watt's stuff on this subject as he is the expert in it.

As for the Wiggers in the video, I don't know who these guys are, but I watched the whole thing and I enjoyed it, it was well done, almost too well done, so the idea that these guys could be agent provocateurs makes a lot of sense to me. If you listen carefully, they really aren't saying anything that Alex Jones and other prominent people say. Basically all they say is that "we know what's going on, we well armed, we're ready to fight and die if it comes to it, although we hope it doesn't."

In any case, whether these guys are real or not, they are simply using the hip hop genre as an artistic medium to connect with their intended audience: middle class white kids and young adults. The fact of the matter is that most people in this world are still asleep, those in the "wigger" demographic especially included. Infotainment like this helps facilitate the awakening process. You don't go from listening to Eminem to Jordan Maxwell over night, it is a process of understanding that takes years.
