Ya, I guess that you will have to realize that other people may not be willing to put up with what you do under their roof and eating their food. So, if you can not talk them into letting you continue to live there until you are out of high school and then get your degree and then perhaps a thing to do is join the military, then you better start reading psychological books at the library.

Life is hard sometimes and people in the this world will take advantage of you if you let them. No need to be depress, some other people are more depressed and angrier than need to be. Don't let it build up but seek to learn in this world. Not everything that is going on will you like, or even begin to like. No one else likes the naysayers and predictions of the future some other people come up with either. If anything, like the old saying goes, take it with a grain of salt, and think for yourself in the end. Don't let emotion lead you without at least trying to think of the intellectual thought processes either. Nothing happens that fast (although it could) but usually people have found that out, and if you have not found that out, then perhaps you should realize that first. Nothing is never all lost, and nothing is ever all realized in life. Some people achieve that to his/her purposes, but most trade off something else for how they live, even the poor.

It does not pay to be a fanatic about anything, other people do that enough.

Don't think you are thinking though when it is more emotions than anything else. Obviously your stepmom may be more scared than you are, thus she feels a commmitment to scold you perhaps more then you need to be. Afterall, it is just a reaction, and reactions can be for the birds so to speak. The trick is knowing that most people may act because of the reaction to an event or situation, but there in lies the rub - it was your choice and obviously you forget to find out how your stepmom would feel about what you were doing, or you wanted to take a risk, and well, they found out.

Now you can weasel around all that you want to (and don't talk about the military because the same thing happens there also) so that is what you have to learn. What you think about and how you feel about it, as long as you realize that other people may have different feelings and think differently about it. That is what you may have to find out - at home - but do not become a slave to it either.

Thus the phrase of "growing up" or "making a man out of you". Ya, I have heard it all before, who made them think that they were any bit better or not as just as condemned as other people may be? If it reaches all the way up to God, humanity may be going in the opposite direction, and on a slippery slope off of the cliff. Put or try to put everything into perspective, people will try and sell anything in this world, if it for some reason makes them feel better of makes them think they are more powerful, or more of something, but that something may just be a prelude to making them what they tend not to think about - other people thinking they are insane.

Perhaps you stepmom rather see you do well in high-school, graduate, find a girlfriend that is nice and seeking a better life and perhaps you also think of going to college.

If not, because they screwed that up to with the costs and the whims and the claims about how much it does cost to do all that while they usually think of theirselves and their wages first or some other method of control - that is what you have to do:

Weasel though the mine-field of humans on this Planet. A daunting task at times even in the best of times, and also in the worst of times. It is ironic that humans want all of that while they are alive, for some will claim that they don't feel alive if they are not causing that or taking that.

I think it is emotional turmoil out of them and not needed.
