**In need of help and interested in alternative solutions** (Magick?)
I have a problem that I need help with, so this is my call out to the Universe to show me the various options are available.

My mom is in her mid 40s, is fit and has a truck load of kids BUT she is in agony. Her shoulder was injured in an accident a few years ago; she was rear ended while sitting at a stop light. She has problems sleeping (she wakes up every 30 - 60 mins), takes anti inflammatory pills only when she has to, and is basically relying on the odd regular Advil and hard rubdowns from me (which really hurt my thumb and fingers!). She is not open to marijuana, unfortunately, or I'd be sharing my stash...

So, I ask all of you with your vast spectrum of knowledge to share. Please?

At this point, she's wanting surgery since she sees it as the only possible solution. I know that the person you are trying to heal has to accept the healing, but is there any way to possibly heal her just a bit and then give her the option? Kind of like a sample of the healing possibilities? I can only picture her rolling her eyes at me when I tell her about my desire to give magick a shot. lol

I'm open to any and all suggestions, including (and hoping for as well) magick, natural remedies, reiki (I had a couple of first attunements, but don't seem to be very strong at it), etc. Please note that I know *nothing*

Now, I have a soft spot for Canislatrans (I have NO CLUE if I spelled that right; I don't know how to pronounce your name and it irks me! lol) and hope he has some "magickal" suggestions...

Thanks guys! hf

Do a search on Flor Essence tea, see if it might be something that would benefit her. Never mind, here is a yahoo search, there is plenty here. She can increase the dosage up to three times a day, as i have. i am having wonderful results with it!

get her to try marijuana one time if you can show her some research and what they are doing in california for arthritis and MS patients.
A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.

Firstly, your mother needs to have an MRI. There are many pathologies in the shoulder region that are frankly disabling and do require surgical repair.

Once again, your surgical outcome is as good as your surgeon. Shoulder surgery is an orthopedic sub speacialty and you would do well to start off at this particular sub specialty level for the very best treatment for your mom, so she can be returned to adequate function with a good repair. Consult any Trauma 1 hospital/teaching hospital, inquire at administration if need be to obtain their facilities shoulder surgery specialists.

Magic is a long and assidious path. It takes years of learning the theory before you can practice the actual stuff. A good book that will help you understand how magic works and getting assured success is Ceremonial Magic and the Power of Evocation by Joseph Lisiewski. Here is a link:

Magic isn't going to repair tears. You wouldn't cut a piece of cloth in half and waste your time trying to magically put the two pieces back together.

Maybe another time for junior witch tricks; might not be the best time if your mom really does need surgery. An MRI would determine exactly what is wrong, 100%.

Marijuana. Try baking for her if she doesn't want to smoke. If marijuana doesn't work, tell her to take more. ;)

It would be helpful if she could find a Jin Shin Do practitioner. There's a Native American practitioner in my area who was trained in Jin Shin Do by the Chinese when he was in Vietnam. He realigned my hips in one session. My brother-in-law's arm was so messed up he couldn't even lift a cup of coffee. Two visits with the Jin Shin Do practitioner and his arm was as good as new. He's not really too fond of chiropractors so I wouldn't bother with that. You might even look into acupuncture. I would look into any alternative therapy before I tried surgery.

Re: **In need of help and interested in alternative solutions** (Magick?)
Shaitsu is a finger pressure on nerves.

Chose the arm side that connects to the painful shoulder.

Nerve pressure points:

1. In the web between the thumb and first finger.

2. 2-3 inches above the wrist, on the backhand (top opposite the palm) side. Between the two arm bones.

3. Inside of the upper arm next to the arm pit, between the bicept muscle and the tricept muscle, midway between shoulder and elbow. This is a deep nerve so use your thumb.

Technique:

Massage with 6 lbs finger/thumb pressure, for 15 seconds, before eating. Repeat 2 times. If you find the nerve that hurts when you touch it, press the nerve with a steady pressure, then breath in and out fast (hyperventilate) until the nerve stops hurting. You should begin to feel less pain in the shoulder and face almost as soon as you finish this protocol.

You will feel the nerve send a slight electric shock when you massage it. The nerve feels like a hard wire.

This is going to sound wild but try this.....even a little "romantic" but try is .....

Think really loving thoughts towards her and then get your hands really hot naturally. Rubbing them together and so forth. Then lay your hands on her and just keep them there for a long while. clear your mind of ANY doubt about this working. The closer you come to NO doubt the better it will work.

I believe human beings can heal with a touch if they come close to no doubt about doing it.

I bet you she will feel better. It is not a massage. It is just a laying on of hands.

My hands are really hot most of the time and i can keep my dog or cat in perfect health for many years with this. Ive done it.
