There is a sci-fi movie that was released a few years ago (you can get it from Blockbuster) that this B&W footage is a part of. Basically, all the German troops got caught in a dimensional 'vortex' due to that round device while they were in a bunker. Once and a while they are able to exist in our dimension and wreak havoc since they can't be killed. |
