A couple friends inside told me the Beatles were needing to leave on top, as any more albums and they would be regarded as "yesterday" and may have even had a poor selling album--they needed to get on their own individual ways and create thier own stuff. It was smart for Paul to leave them, he was evolving and the Beatles kept him from going furthur. They got out of the way and history has the rest of his story for us. |
