The fact that these citizens were void of any rights was disgusting, and eye-opening. They couldn't even stay in their own house and defend their property, nor could they evacuate with the property that they were guarenteed the right to keep and bear. Note to self: It's happened before and will happen again. |

I guess it's going to be up the local Sheriffs and law enforcement types to stop or allow this. |

Still, even if it were one-to-one, so to speak, I think you're assuming "civilian" means zero military experience.
