Have you ever of that before? Quoting: perception open 617718I am not sure one existed, but if you haven't read about yourself, look up vapor/vapour canopy. That is intriguing (err spelling?). I say this because HardTruth, a poster here, has this info. that supposedly, in ancient times, like before the Flood, there was no moon because, as it says; there was no sunshine during the day, no moonshine at night [and, thusly, no 12 steps either]. So, the info. the Hard Truth postulates says there musta been no moon, because of this. I say that, if there was no sunlight coming thru; does not that point to a cover from atmosphere, blocking the sunlight? And, hence, blocking us from seeing the moon at night, too; not because the moon was not there... Also, in relation to this, is Neal Adam's idea of an expanding Earth. It could be that all the water, that now makes up our oceans, was then in our atmosphere... Here is an expanding Earth video: In that video, Neal points to Mars as having expanded, also. Then stopped? Is what is happening on Earth first tried on Mars? There is a rumor that Earth is an experiment, the third try. That the asteroid belt is the result of the first try: the planet exploded. That Mars was the second try; it ended in a devastating war. And now, here we are... |

The two key problems with this "calculation" are (a) the predictions of the coming messiah are not independent of eachother...one guesses they are highly correlated in nature...so they are equivalent to a lot less than 300 independent predictions... (b) that Jesus Christ fulfilled them all is also not independent of the predictions...if you are searching for someone to fulfill your predictions, and then find someone and procalim them as the "one" who does so, this again invalidates the simple probability estimate which is based on assuming all the events are independent (prophesies, and fulfiller of prophesies) So, not surprising, the calculation given is totally invalid, and really begs the question: why the math, just show us the miracle man and all else is moot.... |

All the story writer has to do/had to do was take what was "predicted" in the previous story then write the sequel. Thw "new testament" writers just used the "old testament" as their prequel to their new story and had the new fictional character(Jesus) "fulfill" all the "predictions" concerning "the one". If you already have a story that says the "hero" is going to do this and that, all you have to do is write the next story and have the "hero" do all those things. It's not rocket science. |

Just remember, the bible does not equal religion. If it did then why did many of the truth in the bible have to be hidden, only to be revealed at this time? Because people are now free to practice their own spirituality. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 618938You mean they are corrupted enough to release the corrupted liberal scrolls? Like the false scroll of judas and the false tomb of jesus? All "released to the public" now because NOW the NWO owns all the means of mainstream, and they can simply censor anyone who tries to prove these to be a hoax. just like the Davinci code, the greatest hoax book ever written in history of mankind. That book served of no purpose but to corrupt the beliefs of Christians. And demonize the Catholic Church even more. 90% of the book is based on lies. one for example: The supper painting does HAVE chalices all over, with wine in it. But the book claim they don't have. The chalices are not chalices, they are simple glass cups with wine. Davinci was so retarded that he didn't know back in Jesus time they didn't have cups made of glass, but in Davinci there was.. so he painted that way. How can the HEADMASTER of a gigantic epic secret society not know there were no glass cups in the years of Jesus? And yet, he holds the greatest information about Jesus lineage... errr... something is seriously wrong here. |

After reading enough of the bible and other world manuscripts, which usually have the same story line running rampant throughout, I have become convinced the great cleanse is coming. Not because I am some great prophet but because our relatives have written about it over and over and over and over. Names have changed, civilizations have changed but they all went through it. Somewhere along the line something written has to be the first recorded knowledge of man. How bad have we made a mess of things? Really bad. This history repeats itself over and over. Deep down we most likely have the exact knowledge that we require but it has been dumbed down. It has been corrupted. Libraries have been burned to the ground. Knowledge hidden from us all. Elite agendas played out against us all because they think they hold the answer. Faith needs to be placed somewhere. That somewhere has to found deep inside yourself. peace |

He said so -- and the Jews attempted to stone Him for blasphemy. they understood exactly what He was saying yet didn't believe -- I personally believe the 66 books the received text inspired by God and the only reliable source that's my choice. I cannot trust any other sources sorry. I can't either lean on my own understanding. my wisdom is folly to God it is the time of the end I am commanded to love God, to love you, and preach the Gospel not to follow my intellect or emotions. discernment comes through prayer praise worship and sound Biblical doctrine btw I read Armstrong years ago -- fascinating, but a lot of non-Biblical stuff there. best for me to stick to the Bible love peace and joy rb |
