SPCA Officials Stunned After 2 Feet Of Feces Found In Room Of House Located In Million-Dollar Community

Nearly 100 cats and one dog were found Thursday living in a home in a million-dollar neighborhood in Morris County.

SPCA spokesman Matthew Stanton said there was 2 feet of feces in one room of the home on Farm Road in Chester Township. Investigators wore masks to help them breathe through the stench of urine, Stanton said.

"The conditions were absolutely horrific - there wasn't one inch of the house that wasn't covered in feces or urine," SPCA Lt. Rick Yocum says. "There were three foot piles of feces in the hallways.

"It was one of the worst houses I've ever entered into," Yocum says.

Twenty felines were taken to a veterinarian on Thursday. The remaining animals were expected to be removed Friday.

"These people are not horrible people - their lifestyle went out of control," Yocum says. "She's obviously a hoarder."

"For hoarders, the animal is the most important thing," SPCA Superintendent Frank Rizzo says. "More important than their own health."

The SPCA will spend the next two weeks finding homes for the remaining 70 cats still inside, while these rescued cats are being treated for upper respiratory problems.

Oughton has been charged with 93 counts of improperly sheltering an animal. Investigators say they don't want any jail time because they realize this was simply a good deed that got out of hand.

From what I understand, and not from personal experience, feline and canine are not good meats at all. It has to be "stained" with flavor to cover some of the taste, like shark meat. But, I love shark meat but only if I catch, clean, and flavor it myself.

It is similar to bobcat.

one time ago i went to a chinese restaurant in miami. after dinner i went in the back to take a piss. i looked and saw a chinese guy calling this cat with a cleaver in his hand. he took the cat and all i heard was this loud schreeching cat noise and the sound of a clever hitting the cutting board. i threw up everything i ate. so next time you visit a chinese restaurantust ask for the pepper steak.

My father was in the Marines and he said the kids would run up to them when they got off the boat and give them some kind of meat, the kids would sell the anything they could. Maybe he had kitten...I know he had turtle

My buddy is half vietnamese/chinese and when we were kids, he used to have a Vietnamese food pyramid with pictures of animals ranging from horse to dog. I used to make fun of him.

I think it taste like chicken, but its more stringy and sweeter. But cats like pigs carry some nasty parasites, so it should be cooked right and it usually is.

when the SHTF and food shortages happen you may well be able to find out,I pray you wont but theres a good chance of that.

Since cats are considered pets here in the U.S., it's not something I care to ponder.

All meat carries nasty parasites. Especially with the shit they are fed, and how animals are housed before being slaughtered for human consumption.

I've pretty much given up meat all together for that reason alone.

You DO realize that if you cook meat properly, the parasites are killed off and the food is safe to eat, right?
