I'm also concerned about this, Domino. Best thing to do is drink bottled water and grow your own food.
I think the past year, I've been able to avoid aspartame, apart from 1 or 2 ice creams.

Bottled water more than likely has flouride. I buy bottled water and refill the bottles with my well water....that is the best.

-- Domestic bottled water with no added fluoride may contain between 1.4 and 2.4 mg/L fluoride

If a product is made with fluoridated water, it will have fluoride in it and it won't be on the label.

Google fluoride in food and you'll find the USDA database that lists some foods and their fluoride content.

IF it doesn't have fluoride, aspartame, or HFCS, it will have MSG, or possibly all four. They really ARE trying to kill us.

is the fluoride in water just found in "city water"? if i live in a rural area my water should be safe?

Look at who ever supplies your waters website see if it says anything.

I don't have a list for you OP, but this should probably be added to your search. Aspartame is now also AminoSweet. Look for it on a label near you.

to be on the safe side, avoid processed and can foods, including ingredients at restaurants which may have come from a can, or processed....


pick artesian spring water over domestic water.. or drinking water.. avoid water that is labeled from a public source..

which also means, most sodas or juice ect.. have water which comes from a public source. common sense should be your judge as it is mine.. i completely avoid bad food for the most part.

It is added to city water, Calcuim Flouride is found naturally in water, but they put a Industrial waste Flouride in city water.

Also if you live in farming land, maybe not best to drink well water.

buy spring water for coffee and cooking foods like rice

boiling foods no need for special water..

and of course drinking water..purchase spring or get a berkie..

Thanks for the post about flouride products.

That's very good for people to know! I had an antibiotic (on your list I noticed) that came with no literature, and neither the doctor or pharmacist mentioned it had flouride in it (a poision, of course).

I was aware that flouride was poison, mostly noting it was the killing ingredient on my Grandma's mouse poison as a child. I didn't use any flouride toothpaste, and used well water.

The 10 day flouride antibiotic (Levaquin) made my legs hurt, and pushed me into diabetes. I was healthy, going to the gym, cutting firewood in the forest, taking care of my acreage, and that stuff destroyed my pancreas and didn't even kill the infection I had. MMS killed that.

I wasn't impressed by your critics who don't understand how important it is to make people aware of all the places flouride is hiding. Levaquin is now black labeled, but they'll be more; flouride is a great slow kill product and sterility producer, so the new world order will try to tell us it's good for us.
