Unbelievable Downpour in Downtown Los Angeles
I have never seen it rain like this.

Is anyone else in this vicinity?

The skies are a yellowish color and the rain is coming down in buckets - lightning/thunder as well.

It is a strange storm - I will try to remember to post the amount of rainfall if I hear what it is later today.

I grew up in the Midwest . . . I know what seasons and storms are . . .

It was a joke, Leia. Most Californianīs have no idea what a season actually is - not that youīre in that category of course!

It snowed in London today.

Hi Leia, donīt worry about them. We got alot of īarseholesī on the board today. They donīt seem to want to have any legit input but want to flame anyone else that post today.

Thanks for posting some info. on L.A., I have been wondering what the weather is doing there? I hear there is plenty of mudslides and flooding?

I didnīt know you were from there? Keep safe and keep us posted.flower

Re: Unbelievable Downpour in Downtown Los Angeles
Hi Leia, Yep, have lived in LA area for over
27 years and have never seen rain like we have had the last few weeks. Our house flooded during the late Dec. rains; my golden retriever has been running around the house barking like crazy at the thunder, then runs to the bed to hide! My thoughts on the rain is that if California is to have the monster earthquake so many folks have been talking about, these downpours cannot be helping matters any. With all the loose soil So. Calif could end up sliding into the sea. At any rate something definitely feels different about this time...

Thanks, Scarlett Witch.

It has been storming here on and off for weeks but this was unusual because of the color of the sky . . .

Now - the skies are clearing and the sun looks like it may hover around for a bit longer.

Re: Unbelievable Downpour in Downtown Los Angeles
Well I travelled the entire UK today and I can assure you that itīs been pretty much a snowing day all around. Forcast is that itīs going to be like this all week.

Some parts of this great country of ours were so spectacularly beautiful in the snow it just took you breath away. Was the most beautiful pink sunset in newcastle this evening and London tonight with the snow falling in the light of the street lamps along the beautiful georgian terraces of Bayswater and Park Lane... welll... spectacular is the only way to describe it!

Again - thanks for your reply!!!

The only reason you mentioned chicken was because you know your thread sucks (1 page) as compared to my thread(5 pages) and you were in the hopes I would add some flare to your crappy page.

Speaking of stories do you know any?
