The giant pattern - thought to represent a traditional Mayan head-dress - appeared next to the tallest prehistoric man-made mound in Europe last week. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 614714Members of the crop circle community believe the mystic symbol is a signal of the end of the 5,126-year Mayan 'Long Count' calendar on December 21, 2012. Karen Alexander, a crop circle enthusiast, said: "This is one of the most interesting crop circles I have ever seen. It is definitely a Mayan symbol and we are sure it is linked to the Mayan calendar, which ends in 2012. "It appears to be a warning about the world coming to an end when the calendar does. For the ancient Maya, reaching the end of a cycle was a momentous event, so we are taking this crop circle very seriously as an indicator of a possibly huge event in 2012." Last month a 400-foot crop circle depicting a phoenix rising from the flames appeared in a barley field in Yatesbury near Devizes, Wiltshire. Crop circle theorists believe the patterns are created by UFOs during nocturnal visits, or caused by natural phenomena such as unusual forms of lightning striking the earth. Why does this shit only happen in other countries?? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 364070Crop circles have been happening all over the world, but the large majority are within a very small area in the UK. They seem to be centralized there. Like in an earlier post, research pyramid and mound energy. There are lots and lots of man made mounds in the UK that were once used for communicating among other things. |

I read a few years back that a few researchers were there hanging out and agreed on a pattern they wished to see one night and low and behold it was a few miles away the next morning. They felt that they had communicated with some energy and their collective consciousness worked with it to create what had been created. This is along the lines of what you are saying here I would think. Most of the circles are astrological or geometric in nature, not all, this one reflecting a certain specific culture is a bit different. It seems as of late new energies are a part of the process. |

Most of these crop circles have been shown to be fake, which is an awful shame that people would be stupid enough to do that. The tell tale signs are easy to spot. Have you never wondered why these designs are always linked by corridors (and I don't mean the tractor lines) They almost never have isolated features that are not linked by a walkway. I'm sure aliens would not need these when they are flying |

They should have always been called crap circles. They're essentially a compost pile Quoting: Anonymous Coward 515894What are you talking about dude? How are they compost piles? Sure the plants are damaged due to extreme heat building up in from whatever created these crop circles, elongating the nodes within the crop, even bursting them. But that's just the cost of the great message behind them. Scientists have found that the plant's DNA structure had been altered differently when compared to others outside of the circles. They also found the soil had been baked of sorts, & found magnetic sediments within the soil, which were unnatural when compared to the soil outside the circle. You say man-made, I say extraordinarily made. I wouldn't say Aliens & UFOs made these, but I wouldn't rule it out. Also, the other comments about energy cones & pyramids is quite intriguing, will look more into that. I'm a firm believer when it comes to energies. |
