I'm not laughing, its entirely possible you have been marked. The chips can be easily inserted with a large hypodermic needle and would leave insignificant scarring...maybe if you are afraid to actually cut your arm you should try a method I have used twice for self-treatment of small cysts under the skin: Use a cotton pad soaked with hydrogen peroxide and rub the skin over the area vigorously a couple times a day....its a bit painful, but the peroxide with abrade the layers of skin slowly and there is no real bleeding at all. After a couple of days the object should be freed. GOOD LUCK, be strong
