How do you leach: Mercury, Lead, and Toxins out of your body?

I would go for vulcanic clay like Schindeles' earth and chlorella.(high Chlorophyll content for chelation)
Possible pure carboncapsules aswell...

Oral Chelatives.

NAC is one of the best. N-Acytel Cystein or something sloce to that. Very good, be sure to take 4,000 mg vitimin C if you do take NAC.

Some other chelatives like organo.

The intravenous chelation works great, but it costs about $100 a pop, and they recommend 10-20 treatments.

Spirulina makes me feel like fucken superman. I don't even get handovers anymore. Powerful stuff.

Also, drink only distilled water. Will not pull out mercury, but over time, will pull out heavy metals.

i got myself tested. I have used only distilled water for 30 years and have no heavy metals in my body.

They tested me three times as they have never found anyone who did not have them ... they thought someone was wrong with their testing.

I do have mercury, however. Everyone does, as it is in the air now.

I've a stand alone Berkly Light Water Filter and tank. It cost about $160 but there isn't anything that gets through it. Check out their website, it filters out food coloring from water. They put e coli into some water and ran it through, and it filtered out 99.999 of it. This goes for everything. Special forces, Nato, and other military units use this. They can go to a lake, scoop up water, let it filter and it is perfectly clean. No heavy metals getting through that puppy.
