Got this from a banker. All debts are insured.
Default on your credit and if they take you to court, you ask one very simple question to get it dismissed. "HAS THE LOAN BEEN SATISFIED?"

The bank will have to say yes because the bank was already insured against loss and they got paid already. BANKS ARE VERY SCARED OF THIS TACTIC and will prevent the public from knowing.

How about a CLASS ACTION Law Suite.... EQUAL RIGHTS....

Well You are not getting EQUAL RIGHTS.... becuase GMC and the Auto industry... and the Banks... are ALL getting something YOU DO NOT Have...

no more credit cards for me..last month i got hit with a $35 over limit fee,because i was .54 cents over..i called the company (applied bank) and was told there was nothing they could do..they advised me to write a dispute letter to see if if this charge could be dropped..well i did..i received a letter back stating too bad for you,according the terms you were over,and the charge will not be dropped... 54 cents!!..well that was it for me..took the card and the others i have and cut them up..they can stick their 54 cents and their high interest rates(which by the way all the cards i had jacked the rates to 23%)up their ass..this crap has been going on for years and ive had it..from now on its pay cash or i dont get what i think i need..thats right,what i think i need..half the crap i buy i really dont need and having these cards makes it so easy to buy crap..these companies are money mongers,getting rich from all of us,and cut no breaks for no one..

Debt is "money". They create money out of thin air when you borrow. Keep in mind that when you borrow $20,000, they are allowed to create many times this amount and loan it to someone else. If you pay off your debt, I think they cannot loan out as much til someone borrows again?

Though I agree with her, the judges will agree with the banks when these issues go to court.

Understand that your wages can be garnished to collect a debt or a levy placed on you checking/savings account to pay a debt.

One way or another you'll pay.

This is the ANSWER and I am right there with you!! Doing the exact same thing.

They cannot garnish your wages if you don't have a job.
As for the levy against checking/savings, withdraw your entire balance before the coming bank holiday.

Time to make it very difficult for the thieves to collect.

The point is..So What! File bankruptcy! If everybody did it? Then the banks would be begging anybody with a FICA Score of 350 to barrow there wothless paper @ .1%apr.

Nope, in Florida, they CANNOT take my house, and CANNOT garnish my wages as head of household, so I haven't paid for over a year, and guess what? My credit SUCKS, but who can get anything on credit anyway?

PS.......National City Mortgage owes me more than 8MILLION that I will never see, as I was a builder and they quit funding the houses I was building, so I couldn't pay my bills, so screw them all!

I came to the same realization a year ago as the lady in the vid today. I had great credit for over 10 years! Always payed my bills, and then they jack my interest rate WAY up for no reason! I thought the same thing a year ago. Why should I continue to let them rip me off? I've been shredding bills ever since, and never felt better. It's really easy to ignore the calls too. Everyone is defaulting and I have no job. Seriously, what are they gonna do about it anytime soon? Screw having good credit! It's all a freaking sham!

I refuse ANY credit offers when making purchases, I don't care what discount they will give me
When I rent a car I gladly pay the $400 debit card deposit, I know I'll get it back anyway at the end of the week.

bankers eat the best steak and i eat hot dogs and mac and cheese..i and most everyone else has fallen for their money scam..credit cards have been my demise for many years,but no more..i felt a great relief when i ripped them up last week..yes,i think its time we all wake up and stick it them,anyway you can..they dont care about you..well guess what??..i dont care about them anymore..they have ruined my life,but i will pick up the pieces and start again..this time no more credit cards..

It looks like people who keep voting for politicians who tell them they won't have to live within their means are going to start living within their means. (Not to the person in the video - specifically).

I like her moxie! I am paying off debt and will switch back to savings ASAP. For another 40+ years the bankers will NOT be getting my money as they are basically drug pushers and money is the drug.

I pay off my CC balance every month....no problems....

Bank of America sucks...they aren't the only ones though, Discover card did that to me and Citibank and Chase are also thieving a-holes.
