Sunstein IS CERTIFIABLY INSANE!!!!! The SCOTUS has the Constitutionally-appointed power to interpret the Law. The POTUS does none of that. Sunstein is a NUT JOB!!!! A WHACK JOB!!!! Isn't this the same guy that believes animals should have legal representation and the ability to file litigation? How did he get a job in the administration? I thought people like this were committed to the funny farm, not elevated to high office.
