I just wanted to share with all of you that i have made the choice to not tear down others foolish beliefs anymore! Any other day i would have tried to tear down and demolish anyone's beliefs if they didn't go along with mine but now i see how bad that really is and I've made a commitment to stop and to only try and help guide or sway someone if i feel they are lost. Thank you and i hope all of you will have the same change of heart as i have.

Does this have anything to do with all the Ancient Grain bread I see at the supermarket these days? Does the Ancient Grain bread cause the awakening?
