Tingling /throbbing forehead |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 783231 Australia 09/30/2009 10:01 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Tingling /throbbing forehead Has anyone else been experiencing this?
It started around Feb/March 2008, at first it was just a slight sensation on my forehead and i thought it was due to lack of sleep or staring at the computer as it rarely happened, then around that time i pretty much gave up alcohol, soft drinks and a few other foods.
Over the next few months it got stronger and occured more often, it was a constant tingling like you feel when your foot goes to sleep right in the centre of my forehead, about the size of a coin.
Its now well over a year later, and im still experiencing it, it varies so much, some days i feel nothing at all, some days tingle more than others, and then some days it throbs. Since then, Ive felt similar but not a strong sensations going up to the sides of my head to the crown of my head or just on diff areas of my head. + other feelings of 'energy' i might discuss later.
I once asked a guy who did a basic free yoga meditation at an expo what he knew, he said that it was probably a blockage and asked me whether it felt like it was coming from the left side to the right, or vice versa, i said it was constantly in the one spot, 'interesting' was his reply, very helpful, lol he tried his best i guess. A google search brought up a medical site which said it was a sign of a precursor to cluster headaches, but its 18 months later and ive had nothing.
Lately its been less noticeable, but i can still slightly feel it and TBH I'm don't think I want to get rid of it, i almost think i would miss it if it went away.
Just thought I'd post this out there as when i was searching for others who had felt it, there were many posts on forums etc but not really any answers, so hopefully others who have felt it can talk here. |

Usually when I am laying down for the night. I've had it for many years now. Interesting thought about it being external, any further development to that idea, or was it just an idea that popped up? It sounds like it could be sinister like directed energy weapons, but on the other hand could also tie in with 2012 universal energy type thing. |

When it happens I panic and think I'm being radiated. Because I swear it felt that way last time I got my teeth x-rayed. |

Im male, early 20s. Ive always been leaning towards the third eye chakra type explanations, buts that only coz i did some martial arts a few yrs ago and already knew about it, but I'm no 100% believe, so that why i posted on here, to see who else feels it, and to see what explanations people have. |

It is probably working on your third eye. If you google those terms you will find other effects that it can have and see if they fit your experience. It seems like many people are having this kind of occurence, it appears as those there is a mass initiation going on. |

I've had this for several years too. I've asked many people and have gotten nothing that justifies it. Mine will tingle and pulsate a lot when I go to meditate or listen to 'New Age' music or read a good book. Do you get anything while listening to any kind of music or reading something that resonates deeply? Try putting some meditation oil on it too and see what happens. Listen to this and see if you feel anything. [ link to www.youtube.com] |

Try to concentrate on that specific spot or try to look with your eyes and see that spot. You will probably triger that sensation again.
If you meditate on that chakra you will feel like someone puts finger and pushes on your forhead. |

you need to practice meditation....
vizualize your chakras opening one by one starting from the bottom chakra...
and go up one by one....
do all seven....
you need to do this everyday... |
