blacks can't govern forth of shit, see: Africa.
NOBODY can really govern Africa, Gee.
White people can, and did, very successfully.
Look at Rhodesia, and South Africa 30 years ago.

Also after he had the Zulu king Lobengula murdered (stealing the man's land in the process) and then had the cheek to hire the man's sons as gardeners.  He would occasionally ask them---"What year did I kill your father?" ALL sides have fucked up Africa.
