Eyes are the windows to your soul? Why do most pics loook so generic?

Is that really you? I wrote you on another thread I like your new picture because it looks like me but my hair is lighter. You look like you could be my twin sister, and the look in your eyes is what I have been feeling lately.

You are one of my favorite posters and they say people often relate to people who look like them, but then maybe that is not really a picture of you, but I like it anyway, reminds me of me and what I am going throgh.

I have noticed that most supermodels, beauty queens, etc might look beautiful but they (well most of them) have one thing in common - they have a vacant look in their eyes.

Why is that, do you think?

And I'm sorry to say that out of the two - the one in which I saw the most beauty turned out to be a fucking SHAM

I believe there are some people who are special, and it does indeed radiate from their eyes. I worked once with a guy like that, he was so kind, bright, philosophical, and very caring. He was one of the best persons I ever knew, and he was an Iranian chemical engineer though he grew up in the US. He had the kindest eyes of anyone I ever knew, and was so good to me, wanted to marry me, but he was 5 years younger than me although I knew he would always be devoted and faithful. I should have stuck with that guy as we had so much in common.

I'm in a state tonight where I'm thinking of how my life was so good ten years ago then everything went to hell.

By the way, don't move to rural Alaska. If you want to keep your sanity, stay at least on the highway system.

Well, if that's your pic, OP, you look like sort of a grouch.

Supermodels are vacuous idiots. You really don't see much of them anymore. Now on every single magazine cover it's an ugly actor. Most are jews and not that attractive. Sarah Jessica Parker being the whatever makeup she is, please, they are soulless. They are half starved and usually drugged, and also the airbrushing that gives them comic book proportions and bloodless eye whites.

If it's any consolation I feel the same way sometimes about mine in different ways. My life was pretty good up till about 12 years ago I guess, and then it all started to unravel, leading me to where I am now at 22. So I can relate, never too late to change for the better though.
