Don't suprise her and jump in. Tell her you 'caught' her the next day. Ask her if she'd mind you jumping in if you catch her again. Self love is just that, she may want to keep it that way...read her body language because she's not likely to tell you outright if she'd rather keep it solo. You can always engage in a little self love at the same time.
