good vid, but the wolf just barely nipped that pole and got over 400 (they even said it was only a defensive bite)...had he gone full force like the other dogs it would've been MUCH higher.

Also, notice how flippin scared they were to confront the wolf, compared to the other dogs? A trained wolf would rip a bad guy up worse than ANY dog, just based on its aggression and fearlessness, imo.

I agree with that.But do not think its a trainable dog.Also that was the alpha wolf.The biggest one in the kennel.
I do not have to cage or even put a leash on my 150 pound mastiff.

If others aren't aware, research WHO has these dogs in Africa...they keep them to protect their life and their families' lives.

I assure you that they are the smartest dog breed there is. Period.

They are very trainable but extreamly stubborn. It takes repitition, over and over and that is if they decide they even want to do it.

My female is all about the family...don't come near them..

They are VERY strong and I have seen the male bite a full ham bone in half.

I wont give you their names for obvious reasons but I will give you advice...

...they want to be Alpha in the family, Period. You Must start as soon as they come out letting them know their place in the family unit. I had two children in diapers at the time when they were small cubs and I would tie cheese to their diaper just to have the children let them know who was boss!

I hear that.We have a fugitive on the loose here where I live.Also some issues with home invasions.I started looking on craigs for a dog and hit gold.I schooled level two or three protection mastiff.For free!!!!It was imported from Africa.Freaked me out to have such a well trained lovable female mastiff

i'm going to check into this Kangals breed. Says it's a sheep dog which would seem to indicate very trainable.

One dog trained in protection will only move on command, that is good to a certain degree. The instincts of multiple dogs will fell any would be crook.

But the wolf cubs were very small and the children towered over them (for at least 3 months). The idea was for them not to be food and to have the children be able to show where they were on the family latter..

pack mentality could sent intruders, running out fast . but making the entry points extremely noisy and time consuming so as to break into,,could also alert dogs and does buy the residents vital time to lauch a better defense . triggering a loud alarm will let a would be or attempted intruders know they have been detected when they are prowling round outside. gangstas may bring buddies if drugs are in a house.. ditch druggie friends cause they bring trouble to your life..and home from all damm directions. your family is in danger if you got druggie friend! s .cops say drug are the fuel for violent robberies and violent crimes.. da.. multiple serious automatic guns would be needed for defense if gang members try to break in. and yes it will a blood bath . get certified gun course to lean how to do the job to save you and family against criminal eliments . family members need cerified gun course also.. cause you may not be home to save your family.. breakin occurwithin 15 seconds.. you gotta make it hard to breakin and extrmely noisy at the same time .. that will be your warning to get inpposition at once to fire on them pond scum . victims who surrened all possible valuanble were still beaten females raped and all tortured andkilling was standard . todays career criminals do not want live witneses ...
