WTF

exactly. gays have rights but parents do not. "Whether they like it or not."

Also, noting your Biblical quote at the bottom of all your posts, seems to me I would be 100 percent correct that you are anti gay as well.....not quoting directly from your Bible yet? Oh---I am not gay by the way...I have 5 kids, I come from a pro-Christian family, but we do NOT JUDGE OTHERS or the lives they choose to lead.

homosexuality is one of the sins (among many) that the bible says will bar a person from entering heaven. I don't judge them by the lifestyle they choose to lead, any more than I judge a person for lying or gossiping or murdering, also in the list of sins that bar a person from heaven. But the bible does say that sin is sin, being gay is among those sins. All sinners must rpeent or they will be apart from God for all eternity.

As for the real issue: schools have crossed the line in telling parents they have no right to remove their kids form a class that teaches curricula that are against their morals, religion, or simply personal choice. The state telling parents they have no rights in the issue Forcing kids to receive objectionable material against parental wishes is indoctrination

INDOCTRINATION. Worse, it is brainwashing - "forcible indoctrination into a new set of attitudes and beliefs"

Well the line has to be drawn at some point, you should not be allowed to keep your child from being educated, regardless of your hangups about gays.

no one is saying the kids will not be educated, that is a generalization. Parents should have the right to object to material and to remove their kids from classes they feel are detrimental to their beliefs or morals. At what point do you keep accepting the forced indoctrination of any curriculum? If you had a child in the schools and were told that you had no right to remove your kids from classes that taught something you were adamantly opposed to, say bestiality, wouldn't' you object? Or would you say with equanimity that you are all for all children getting an education, your own rights be damned for the basi good and cede authority to the schools (which you taxes pay for, they are public servants you know).
