That said, he grew up in Costa Rica eating whole foods like rice, beans, fish, grass-fed beef and vegetables. Genetics are a mystery as my one daughter who was conceived in Costa Rica likes all tropical foods and speaks Spanish naturally. It is said that what the parents ate before conception has a lifelong impact on the child in ways we do and don't understand. |
