what do you think? should they carry a general liability insurance? or do they just don't care, generally speaking, of course.

I have never utilized it but have had it for a long time.
It makes sense if you are more than just a casual contractor.

General liability insurance is a must. There`s just too much shit going on at the site sometimes geberal liability insurance is a godsend.. a life saver.

Workers compansation is the killer to most small buisness`s.
Workers comp can be a few thousand $$ a year even if the small co. has no employee`s. It`s a total rip off because a worker/owner still needs the cert even if there are no employees.

I think you will see a greater interest in cash under table jobs, regulations are already out of hand taxes are punitive.

The goverment is just fucking themselves from this point on..
