Eggs contain as much Tryptophan as Raw Milk, but you cannot pasturize the eggs.

Eggs have lots of vitamin D and good cholesterol from which vitamin D is made from.

Vitamin D activates the T cells your first line of defense against disease.

Tryptophan is vital to T cells.

With the economy going south and meat is expensive eggs are a cheap healthy way to go.

Plus people won't take the vaccines anymore so sell em to chicken farmers.

get some chickens for yer backyards folks.

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid but the feds often refer to it as a Growth Hormone.

But its very important for regulating our sleep and living a healthy happy fulfilled life.

The Tryptophans are metabolized in your body into Serotonin, this gives us a Happy feeling.

People with depression are given serotonin and drugs to help regulate it.

The Serotonin is further metabolized into Melatonin which helps us transition to the sleeping and waking states.

And then its changed into DMT which facilitates dreaming and spiritual experiences.



The Federal Government does not want Happy, Well Rested, Spiritual Citizens.

These type of people are not easily kept contained and controlled.

They can pasteurize eggs at a lower temperature.

I live in a small rural E. OR town. I have a fenced backyard and had 7 hens. THey are great pets and fairly quiet. The neighbors actually liked them. Unless you cage/pen them well they will roam everywhere though.

Mine figured out how to climb, and roost, in a forty foot cedar tree. They would then jump/fly over the fence and ended, as a group, in neighbors yards, in the street, etc. You could herd them back easily enough but I finally gave them to a hispanic family for one of their fiesta party things.

The hens were just starting to regularly lay eggs too. Next year I wil get some but they will be in a fully enclosed 200 square foot pen on 24 hour lockdown. :) Then put out (eggs) or face the BBQ!

You could have clipped their wing feathers and they wouldn't be able to fly over your fence.
