My Dad was an atomic veteran and he died of complications of Leukemia.

Basically It started with mini strokes.

He was a journeyman lineman who wired large construction like Paducah Steamplant ( Paradise) or other large manufacturing complexes.

Anyway, sometimes his boss would call momma to get him at work because they said he was drunk and slurring. When we got there to get him, he was his usual self. H was not drunk nor had been drinking. We were confused as this happened several times.

Little by little he started changing. ( In hind sight, we figured it had been many mini strokes, as this was a complication of Leukemia).

But we did not realize until the big stroke happened. It affected his left side and his speech. He got so frustrated because whatever he tried to say did not come out right or unintelligible. It took months to a year to finally get to the point he could talk and be understood. I guess his neurons had to reconnect to the speech center.

Anyway. It is possible for RN that this has happened. That his thoughts are not communicating correctly. And it may take a while to connect so he can speak again.

If he is dictating to Siri, that may also cause a problem. Reminds me of the video on FB where the little kid was telling it to play Baby Shark.. but she kept saying Babyshar and Siri or whichever AI it was kept giving her other songs. The poor kid was frustrated so Momma had to intervene.

So maybe this is what is happening with Siri. Siri may be typing what she thinks he is saying and it is wrong.

Do not give up. It will come.
