Hey, I got an idea. How about the sheriffs go after actual crime, instead of impersonating MD's and deciding how much is "too much" pain killer. Obviously, this guy has never been in REAL pain. Every year people kill themselves from the depression and misery brought about by uncontrolled pain too. His point...?
