A lag of 1/10 second in 'Processing the image on our cornea' would not prevent one from catching a ball.. Just look at those whose reflexes who are impaired by much more than 1/10 second by alcohol or other drugs.. They can still catch a ball. |

No. The brain calculates the ball's probable trajectory and extrapolates where your hand needs to be to catch it. all the while upside down. the brain's situated upside down in the cranial cavity to compensate for light entering the eye inverted. |
