So what can I do besides what im doing now? I mean there is always more to it than what i see i feel like.

I always constantly feel like there is something so much bigger going on that i dont quite know but i can feel it. And when I talk about it to people that I practically grew up with they laugh at me and say "Just another conspiracy theory bro, grow the fuck up and start doing what your supposed to and stop worrying about stuff that doesnt matter or I have no control of." But my question truly is do I have control over what I feel is taking place behind the scenes?
