Old tech. The J-20 is a nice plane but it's not fully developed or even in production yet. It's years behind the F-22, the B-2, the F-35 and god knows what else the U.S. is not telling us about. The Skunk Works budget is huge. Despite what you may believe China is very far behind in the mil tech area.

I'm usually a war monger, if the US is in a war, I want the enemy's heads on sticks. But I thought it was a huge mistake to pick on the Serbs back in 99. I was in the Army at the time and couldn't say much, then. The Serbs were doing a fine job of kicking muslim ass.
