I see his timeline and the math behind it

I am watching and looking at May 21st

I have posted the info for anyone to look at which few have and very few have brought forth concerns about the study other than pointing at the failure and what will I do when I am still here on May 22nd.

The Bible is a open book for all and your faith and your walk belong to you.

My faith is based on Christ and His cross and no date lies in the standing. I see the teaching but it has no effect on my faith. I see the truth of the teaching but it is a teaching based on the understanding of man.

If people take pleasure in the fact that on May 22nd I am stilling posting on GLP so be it. I will take no pleasure in the fact that I am gone on May 21st and you are still posting on GLP on May 22nd.

There are two main things I would like you to notice about this verse. First ....that the dead in Christ rise first. This is important because, there is plenty of scripture that speaks of the resurrection of the just happening at the second coming, and we need to realize that the living will not precede the dead but will be caught up after them. So if the resurrection of the just is post trib then the rapture would be as well.

Secondly I will give you the timing of this event that all agree is the rapture.

Verse 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not preceed (HAPPEN BEFORE) them which are asleep.

The rapture takes place at the coming of the Lord, which we have already shown is after the tribulation. By the way, some thing for you to notice if a pretrib teacher ever teaches on the rapture they will skip verse 15 and quote verse 16 and 17 only. Is this open deception or an over sight? I will let you decide.

Don't know if this has been posted yet but I found it on Wikipedia's "2011 End Times"-page. I guess you're free to, uh...judge for yourself.

This is camping's "equation":

1.According to Camping, the number five equals "atonement", the number ten equals "completeness", and the number seventeen equals "heaven".
2.Christ is said to have hung on the cross on April 1, 33 AD. The time between April 1, 33 AD and April 1, 2011 is 1,978 years.
3.If 1,978 is multiplied by 365.2422 days (the number of days in a solar year, not to be confused with the lunar year), the result is 722,449.
4.The time between April 1 and May 21st is 51 days.
5.51 added to 722,449 is 722,500.
6.(5 x 10 x 17)2 or (atonement x completeness x heaven)2 also equals 722,500.
Thus, Camping concludes that 5 x 10 x 17 is telling us a "story from the time Christ made payment for our sins until we're completely saved."

...And people are dumping their hard-earned cash in support of this. Unbelievably disturbing.

Which raises a question.

If you think the rapture is going to happen on may 21st..which you DO..then going by THIS scripture..the first ressurection is also about to happen as well...and according to THIS scripture..it all happens at the END of the tribulation.

So..YOU and camping both agree..that the tribulation actually ENDS on may 21st..because that is when the rapture and ressurection happens...

miggy is correct -- camping is a false prophet, and those who follow his teachings are a cult. I don't believe they will commit suicide however after May 21, although a few might.
