[ link to i735.photobucket.com] local walmart... safeway has iceberg lettuce for at least $2.50 a head, with a similar sign noting that due to the weather lettuce has become limited which is the reason for the hefty price...and probability of running out quickly. :( i live in sacramento, ca. by the way. anyone else seeing this in stores? |

I have noticed the same thing for a while now with pack sizes getting smaller and costing the same. We had a shop untill recently and we got rid of it to buy a small farm as we can see what is happening. Here in Ireland, a basic Tesco cauli is £2. (cough) you can fuck right off with that GM balls. |
