Samyaza's - How to fix the Japan Nuclear Disaster

If Earth can stop spinning, then we halt the Jet Stream and 1/2 of the Hydrological Cycle which both are currently spreading this disaster.


This means 1/2 the Planet in permanent Day and other Half in Permanent Night.


Only the Night side will be saved.


Once the clean up is completed, they will have to reset Earth's spin back to normal.


The Moon will act as the breaking device and a "Tractor Beam" will be utilized intermittently to reach out and grab the moon, kind of like ABS automatic breaking system, so we dont totally lock onto the the moon hurdling Us and the Moon out of our orbit.


This will also be the way they restart the Earths spinning once they clean up the mess.

How do we create this Tractor Beam?
