PURPOSE
The technique of hydraulic fracturing is used to increase or restore the rate at which fluids, such as oil, gas or water, can be produced from a reservoir, including unconventional reservoirs such as shale rock or coal beds. * Stimulating groundwater wells[12]
* Preconditioning rock for caving or inducing rock to cave in mining[13]
* As a means of enhancing waste remediation processes (usually hydrocarbon waste or spills) or spills.[14]
* Dispose of waste by injection into suitable deep rock formations
* As a method to measure the stress in the earth.

HAARP can cause earthquake. A Taiwanese Satellite detected record changes in the ionosphere before the quake. What does HAARP do?

Looks like HAARP was targeting the location for 6-15 days.

Taipei - A Taiwan satellite recorded a sharp drop in ionospheric density above China's Sichuan Province before Monday's killer earthquake, verifying previous records that seismic activities affect ionospheric density, a newspaper said Friday.

The China Times said that Taiwan's Formosa-3 satellite recorded that in the six to 15 days before the May 12 earthquake in Sichuan, the ionospheric density in the atmosphere about 1,000 square kilometres around Wenchuan, epicentre of the quake, was 1.2 million electrically charged particles.

I am still pissed at Halliburton for the spill anyway.

I get it, aliens and space are controlling the recent sun CME's which are wrecking havic on our magnetosphere and causing tectonic shifting. Im following that too...

My point is, they can use this to make fault lines or areas weaker and easier impacted by space activity.

Plus this is just simply wrong from a contaminated water standpoint.
