Oh, one more thing -- you need to detox your body. Just general toxins of life. You need to sweat profusely. I do this with workouts such as heated yoga, but some sauna time will work too, or stints in a hot tub. Drink LOTS of water during the workouts/sauna/hot tub to help the flush. Drink LOTS of water daily to help your body routinely flush the bad stuff. Depending on where you live, your tap water may be better than the bottled stuff -- for instance, our water is from an ancient aquifer; it is better than anything in a bottle.

Green tea is a good thing, especially with a squeeze of lemon for detoxing.

1. Jordan Chandler

A child under the influence was the first accuser of Michael Jackson. Jordan Chandler was Mj's first accuser. His father, Evan Chandler, was a Beverly Hills dentist and screenwriter, co-writing Robin Hood: Men In Tights. Evan's temper lead to a divorce in 1985. In 1993 Evan's son, Jordy, became friends w/ Michael Jackson. Evan asked Jackson to finance several of his movie scripts, but Jackson refused, leaving Evan pissy.

Evan asked his son if Mj had made sexual moves, but the son said no. One day Jordan had a tooth pulled by his father and asked to be knocked out so he didn't feel pain. Evan Chandler administered sodium amytal to sedate his son. Upon waking up Jordan was again questioned if anything sexual happened w/ Michael, and, under the influence. Jordan said yes.

Rather than going to the police or child's services, Evan contacted Barry Bothman, a hardball lawyer w/ a reputation for winning settlements. At this time Evan was $60,000 in debt for child support and had a malpractice lawsuit against him. Jordy's stepfather, David Schwartz, taped a telephone conversation w/ Evan when this exchanged happened...

Chandler: And if I go through with this, I win big-time. There's no way I lose. I've checked that inside out. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever. June will lose (custody) and Michael's career will be over.

Chandler: That's irrelevant to me. It's going to be bigger than all of us put together. The whole thing is going to crash down on everybody and destroy everybody in sight. It will be a massacre if I don't get what I want. This attorney I found, I picked the nastiest son of a bitch I could find. All he wants to do is get this out in the public as fast as he can, as big as he can, and humiliate as many people as he can. He's nasty, he's mean, he's very smart, and he's hungry for the publicity.

After getting a drugged confession from his son, Evan took his child to a psychiatrist who told a story of Michael's abuse. This caused a police investigation by Santa Barbara District Attorney, Tom Sneddon. The police were unable to find any corr abating evidence. After spending millions of dollars mounting a prosecution, TWO grand juries found lack of evidence to bring criminal charges against Jackson. By this point Jordan stated he would not testify against Jackson. The case was suspended and left Tom Sneddon bitter.

W/ no criminal charges possible, a civil suit against Jackson was settled out of court for $20 million. Jordan got most of the money in a trust fund. The father, Evan, was awarded $1 million. Evan attempted to sue Jackson again, but the case was kicked out. Fed up w/ it all, Jordan filed for and won emancipation from his parents in 1994 and refused to testify against Jackson in a later trial. In 2006 Evan assaulted and nearly killed Jordan w/ a barbell and mace in New Jersey. In 2009 after decades of mental instability, Evan committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.

2. Jason Francia

Jason Francia was the second accuser. His mother, Blanca Francia, was hired as Mj's maid in 1985. She was an illegal alien from El Salvador. In 1991 she was fired for tardiness and theft. After Mj paid $20 million to his first accuser, Blanca was paid $20,000 by Hard Copy for her story accusing Mj of sexually abusing her son. In 1994 she threatened a civil suit against Jackson who settled out of court for $2 million. She was in debt for welfare fraud at the time.


So there's the first 2 accusers from the 90s that ppl are believing - a suicidal dentist who dangerously drugged his own kid to make money, and an illegal alien who committed welfare fraud.

3. Gavin Arvizo

Gavin was sick throughout childhood. He had a rare type of cancer that affected his kidneys and spleen.

On August 27 1998, when Gavin Arvizo was eight years old, the Arvizo family was involved in an incident at a J.C. Penney department store.

According to an interview that the Arvizo kids’ father David Arvizo gave to Michael Jackson’s private investigator Scott Ross on October 27, 2004, on the day of the incident the mother Janet Arvizo applied for a job at Oshman’s Sporting Goods Store. While filling out paperwork, David Arvizo and their two sons, Gavin and Star, went into the neighboring J.C. Penney store. While they were shopping Gavin grabbed two school uniforms and two school uniform pants and ran out of the store with them. David ran after him, according to him to stop him, but before they reached their van they were surrounded by J.C. Penney security guards.

Janet Arvizo was exiting Oshman’s just in time to witness this and jumped in to protect her husband and two sons. There was a scuffle between Janet and the guards but David was ultimately escorted back to J.C. Penney. According to Janet Arvizo’s testimony in 2005 both Janet and David were arrested and taken to jail where their mugshots were taken and they were charged with burglary, assault and battery, and petty theft, but then they were released later that day and the charges were eventually dropped by the store.

According to David, upon arriving home Janet ordered him and the boys to write out their version of what happened. When they were done she took their papers and changed their stories to a version that she wanted to represent. The changed versions were returned to the children and they were required to read and study it on a daily basis. This went on for almost a year then almost a year later on July 22, 1999 the Arvizos filed a civil lawsuit against J.C. Penney for battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. At the time no sexual assault was alleged by them. One more year later in a June 29, 2000 amendment of their complaint, however, they added sexual assault allegations as well. Janet Arvizo now claimed that a security guard fondled her breasts, squeezed her nipples 10-20 times, punched her with a closed fist, molested her in her vaginal area and she was called racial slurs.

According to David Arvizo eventually Janet never worked a day at Oshman’s claiming that she was unable to work due to the injuries she allegedly got in the J.C. Penney altercation. This “loss of earnings” claim became a part of the lawsuit. David also said that Janet exploited Gavin’s illness in raising sympathy and putting J.C. Penney under pressure to settle. Eventually the case was settled on September 24, 2001 with J.C. Penney paying the family $152,500.

While David Arvizo was Janet’s estranged ex-husband and a controversial character himself, and as such one could suspect an axe to grind against his ex-wife, but there is other, independent evidence and testimony to support David’s claims that Janet Arvizo lied and was very manipulative in the J.C. Penney case. Some of that evidence came out at Jackson’s 2005 trial.
In a testimony on May 24, 2005 Mary Holzer, an office manager and paralegal who worked for the Law Offices of Feldman & Rothstein that represented the Arvizos in the J.C. Penney case testified that Janet Arvizo admitted to her that she was lying about the photographs of her bruises that were used to prove her allegations against J.C. Penney. The photographs showed Janet Arvizo with bruises that she claimed she got during the altercation with the J.C. Penney guards. However, according to Holzer, Janet Arvizo admitted to her that the bruises were not caused by the J.C. Penney guards but by her own husband.

Mary: She told me that the bruises that were on her body were inflicted by David that night after the altercation at J.C. Penney’s.
Lawyer: And what was your response to her telling you that?
Mary: Well, it scared me.
Lawyer: Why?
Mary: Well, I represent my law firm, and when a client admits to fraud, it’s kind of scary.
Lawyer: And did you say anything to Mrs. Arvizo in response?
Mary: Yes, I did.
Lawyer: What did you say to Ms. Arvizo about that?
Mary: I told her that she couldn’t do that, that that was wrong, and that, you know, she needed to retract that, and that she needed to speak to Mr. Rothstein about it.
Lawyer: Did you tell her that was fraudulent?
Mary: I don’t know whether I used that word. I told her it was wrong; that “You can’t do that.”
Lawyer: And —
Mary: I was very upset. She told me that David’s brother Ray is in the Mexican mafia and runs drugs between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and that she knows where I live, because she had been to my house on several occasions, and they would come and kill me and my nine-year-old daughter.”
Lawyer: How many times do you think Janet Arvizo threatened you and your daughter?
Mary: I’d say about eight, nine times.
Lawyer: Are there any other — are there any other things you haven’t described that she said to you when she threatened you?
Mary: She just said she was scared for me and my daughter; that she didn’t want to see anything bad happen to us, because she considered me her dear friend.
Lawyer: Did you consider her to be your dear friend?
Mary: Not at all. I was just doing my job.”


Fast forward to age 10 and Gavin is in the hospital diagnosed w/ rare cancer. He is a fan of Michael Jackson.

Masada testified at Jackson’s trial that he did not personally know Michael Jackson, but he somehow managed to contact his people and tell them about Gavin’s request. Jackson called the boy in the hospital and they talked for about five minutes, according to Gavin’s testimony in 2005. During the conversation Jackson invited Gavin and his family to his Neverland Ranch. According to Gavin’s 2005 testimony Jackson called him about 20 other times during his illness – sometimes in the hospital, sometimes in his grandmother’s home where Gavin lived at the time in a sterile room.

While Gavin visited Neverland, his mother INSISTED Gavin sleep in the bed w/ Jackson and expressed several times how that was fine w/ her. Jackson suspected this was a set up and always had at least one adult sleep in the bedroom too. The mother was obviously setting this up for financial gain in a civil suit. After Gavin was healthy and back in school he was constantly bullied for visiting Neverland and called, "the kid Michael Jackson raped". When the case came to trial the prosecution - Tom Sneddon again, who was embarrassed from the first Jackson case - had zero physical evidence like semen or blood. So it came down to credibility of the family, which was very lacking since the family had a history of profiting from fake lawsuits. Jackson was found not guilty.

Dec 2010 Bouazizi goes $200 in debt to buy produce to sell at the market. Police demand a bribe in exchange for letting Bouazizi sell at the market. Unable to pay the bribe, Mohammed is publicly humiliated, hit, falls down, kicked in the stomach, produce destroyed, all equipment confiscated. The government refuses to meet w/ Mohammed, the next day he douses himself w/ gasoline and self-immolates.

2011 Jan: Bouazizi's story gains national attention while he remains hospitalized. He dies Jan 4 2011. 5,000 ppl attend the funeral. Protests break out in poverty-stricken areas but quickly reach upper class regions. Tunisia's president and family are forced to flee, ending his 23 year autocratic rule. Political prisoners are released, political police dissolved, former ruling party has assets liquidated, new elections held.

2011 Feb: Anti-establishment riots spread to Iraq, Sudan, Bahrain, Jordan, Algeria, Egypt, Oman, Yemen, Morocco, and Syria. Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak resigns. Eventually the new gov creates a new minimum and maximum wage, reduces corruption. Iraqi PM states he'll not run for 3rd term.

2011 Mar: Oman's sultan gives elected legislative branch lawmaking powers, social program benefits are increased. Bahrain's king increases spending for social programs, releases political prisoners. Morocco's king reforms constitution in response to protests, civil rights and corruption issues improve.

2011 Aug: Gaddafi flees Tripoli after rebel invasion, Libyan gov falls.

2011 Oct: Gaddafi is caught and executed.

2011 Nov: Kuwait PM resigns amid protests, Parliament dissolved.

2012-present: China starts largest anti-corruption investigation in history. 100,000 people are arrested for corruption.

2012 Jan: Algeria lifts its 19 year old state of emergency due to protests.
