I dont think so. The Christians think that ecology doesn't matter cos Jebus is coming thru clouds and end the world anyway ...

only solution I can come up is a cap and trade system for breeding. Women in thirld world countries would have a permit for like 3 children in industrial countries maybe one permit. Birth permissions could be traded creating incentives for the people in poor countries to restrict their reproduction etc
