Well,
Now the cops can enter your home without a warrant (see: Indiana supreme court, US supreme court)
The cops can report you and a judge and court will give you multiple years in prison for videotaping them while they abuse peoples' civil rights (see Illinois, Michigan)
The CONgress just renewed the 'patriot' act...
And now CONgress wants to imprison people for posting videos on the internet.
Yup. That is logical progression. Makes perfect sense.

So when these asshats claim to 'not be certain' if their new proposed law would imprison a guy for downloading a video on youtube, you know they are LIARS. These lawyers always claim, after the fact, to have not known of the 'unintended consequences' of their laws. BS. They are all lawyers.
