Don't be too disappointed OP. Most people do understand what the Libya situation is all about. The article I linked spells out the situation very well, from the 1969 Libyan revolution until the current day. Many people are unaware and some may not even care. While you cannot affect them all, you can put the information out there and hope that even a few people here will be better informed.

your opinion is intriguing and certainly valid, OP. i sadly admit that I still am not 100% sure about anything that is going on in Libya, although I read as much as I possibly can on the subject from knowledgeable sites and blogs. I feel like we're stuck on the sidelines watching a movie plot play out. i will keep this thread in mind in case your prediction plays out.

I watched a half hour of fox news Sunday night regarding Libya. I too feel that something is wrong and had a sinking feeling in my stomach. Is this what the majority of the people want or is this the "Rebels", "Brother", Nato, Us forcing their brand of democracy on the people. Its only a matter of time before the "Rebels" use their new found power on the US.

The US will set up a military base in Libya. they are getting closer to the NWO they have dreamed of and every president has spoken of. They have bases all over the world. I think the world is held hostage by them.

AQ doesn't have a say in it. It seems to me that none of these Muslim countries stand a chance once the huge ships come in with planes and missiles. I heard that some of these ships carry as many as 5000 personnel. Neither Iraq or Libya was able to take out the ships. It seems to me that the war is staged from these ships. At least the bombing campaigns that level everything before the tanks come in.

And now my comment: The Muslim Brotherhood is getting in place. They control Egypt and Libya now, in a month or so Syria will fall. Not sure how they will get in to Jordan, they probably don't have to if we pull troops from Iraq and Afghanistan, those two will join with Iran. After that, Israel will be no more.

I'm pretty sure we will see this before the 2012 election. I predict martial law will be called here in the states if all hell breaks loose in the middle east and white, Jewish men will be gathered at first, because now, they are the enemy, the terrorist. And, even if I were to believe Abdel-Hakim al-Hasidi, whom you seem to know all about, he said SOME of the rebels were AQ, NOT ALL OF THEM, as OPie suggested.

So, PROVE the Libyan rebels are AQ or STFU.
