The Russian's have been far enough out now, that they have actually photographed our sister planet.......but good luck getting any copies of those photos! :(

Well, they aren't "transmitting" them to Earth, they are taking them aboard their craft(cosmos-spheres).......and then returning to Earth with them! And "radiation" does NOT effect a craft that is using a magnetic field amplifier!
