As he was a casual drug user so he wasnt intolerant to dugs at all but from what I was toled he snorted the drug tues eve as he usually does as most them type drug users do and and he wasa drinking beer along w it and he paased away from it by o.d ing from the mixture of it and honestly I have taken opana to before myself and even snorted it to w him and freinds and to be honest it did absolutly nothing to me at all every time ive tried it but others swear by it so it has to be the mixture he took i guess
