Tell me about it, i am paying around $1000.00 a month for a $100k 30 year mortgage.
I closed on the house in 2000(don't remind me of the rate).
By the time it is paid off, they will have collected well over $300k out of me.
I have tried to refinance to get a better rate, but they have denied my request several time because of one late payment.
It boggles the mind the way these crooks work.
