She is saying that with this ruling everyone can sue who has been forclosed on, if their title of the house was chopped up and sold. Which most were. It also means if you bought a property that was forclosed on you could lose it. For current property owners, she is saying do not make a new deal with your bank for better interest. Because in the new contract they will put clauses in there to protect them from you being able to sue or something like that. To me if you are a current property owner and you got a loan from your lender who you know chopped it up and sold it on the market, you need to quit paying the bank anyway. Because they can't produce a title for what you are paying. Because they don't even own the debt anymore! Anyway if the state attorneys make a deal or congress makes a deal with the banks, (which will happen) Then none of this will matter because the banks will be given immunity period. We would be driving more economical and greener cars. The environment would be healling. There was no forethought to these bailouts.
