NOW I do. It's been awhile since I checked, but this morning I went out to look and the Sun is rising in the Southeast. My house faces South. Every morning for years a friend (now deceased) and I would have coffee on my covered back deck which faces North. Every morning summer or winter, we'd end up moving our chairs as the sun got higher because it would shine in our faces.
I stopped having coffee out there when she died in 2008, but today I read again where the Sun is out of place. I went out to look after all this time. It was nowhere near where it used to be and was not shining on my deck. I walked around the house and finally there it was in the Southeast. The Sun's rays are coming through my front door.
I'm in shock....

The sun has moved it's position in the sky in a regular pattern for thousands of years, and there are even ancient monuments, some of them well over 4,000 years old, that still line up with it today. unless your deck is on a turntable, then it wouldn't have the same pattern of sunlight summer and winter, and if you think it was always the same, then I'm afraid you're mistaken...
