I been using bromelain for a few weeks now for sinus and found as a side effect since I been taking it a lypoma on my back has severely reduced in size. I started taking a half teaspoon three times a day and seem to be able to tolerate a full teaspoon now, which used to dehydrate me and give me headaches. You can buy the powder really cheap by the pound on ebay! I will probably go down to a maintenance dose of 1/8 teaspoon once my lypoma tumour has disappeared.
