The truth? I finally learned it. I learned that there is a system 1000 stories tall that covers the earth. The system cannot steal your sovereignty. What it can do is *BRAINWASH* you into *BELIEVING* it has stolen it.

You might be like me OP. Ive come to the conclusion that I can either detach and approach life stoically so as to try and avoid the pain. Or embrace the pain as someone who is fully able to feel the pain unlike most folks who do not experience pain's depth. The reward being the experience and depth of pain typically inexperienced.

Not much help I know, but perhaps some solace.

I'm with you and have no idea ether how do we fight the system when they control everything.

We care too much I was on meds for a few months made me happy again but I stopped thinking and did not care about anything.
It was a band-aid rather than a fix so I stopped and am back to this caring about the worlds problems when so many don't give a fuck. What a sad world we live.

I can do this without meds and I hope you can too

Hey man your depression is coming from the fact that you care about others who in turn, don't give a shit about what you are trying to wake them up to.

You'll get better overnight if you just focus on yourself and those closest to you. Prepare yourself for what you know is coming on a global scale and when you've done that, just chill out get out into nature as much as you can and just appreciate being alive.

Have you read George Orwell's book Nineteen Eighty Four? The world is more like that scenario than people realize.

You sound just like me when I finally woke up to the lies I was fed by doctors from cradle to grave. They rebuilt me like Humpty Dumpty a half dozen times so I do appreciate that but I hate the meds they got me dependent on. Death was knocking on my door last November until God spoke to me and said find a way to the truth. It was a deep feeling I cannot explain in my heart. That is when I found natural cures and when I found out about Eastern energy healing. I had the anxiety like you explained but not the depression. When I started discovering occult knowledge about the power of our minds my world changed right in front of me. If you want out of depression then find out how. The power is in your heart and mind. I know that may sound like BS but it is the honest truth. The energy that makes the trees, grass, and everything tick can also allow us to do things that most have no idea of. Humans can work miracles with just thought. Think Positive and your world will start to be filled with synchronicities, coincidences, intuition and more. The world is actually magical although we are programmed to believe everything is doom and gloom. Pick up a musical instrument. If you don't know how to play one then find a Native American Flute. They are very easy to play and you do not need a musical background. The vibrations will make your mind feel better. Spend as much time in nature as you can. Talk to your dogs or cats. Learn to communicate by telekinesis with your animals. Be glad you feel down the rabbit hole. It is strange but it becomes more magical each day. Go to Scrumps thread about Miracles he and others have witnessed and done with just intent. You will be ok. You will find out life is very magical if you can turn off the noise that TPTB spew on the air.

Well, you know it but there isn't much you can do, unless you want to start a blog, or news letter and tell what you know little at a time. At least you will feel you are doing something. Just make sure you can backup what you say!

I feel the same way, and I don't know either.

I try to wake people up, 95% don't care or listen because they actually have to think.

Thinking has somehow become an annoying task, what has this world come to.

God is looking down at us with tear filled eyes, as His wonderful creation destroys itself from the inside out, satan will be in full control soon for a few years...

I relate to everything you said. Ignorance is bliss, yet my mind yearns for truth.

I'm two people in one:

One sees the powers that be and their control over everything.
Feels trapped and angry, like a caged animal.
Wants to be free, but sees too much reality and knows that freedom's only possible through death.
Stands alone, cussing the universe for myself being born.

The other one sees that it's one big game.
Knows that you can't be too attatched to ideas and thoughts. Let them drift by, but don't put too much energy into them.
Knows that everyone comes from the same source/consciousness, and that the negative stuff and positive stuff are different parts of the same whole.
Can be detached and laugh in the face of fear or worry.
Can be childlike and playful, uncaring of what others are doing at any given point.

I wish I could be the second one all the time, but I've noticed my depression comes in cycles. Sometimes I feel great, clear headed, and carefree. Then, other times, I'm so close to ending my life, it's not even funny.

Don't know what to tell you. Try to keep a sense of humor about stuff. Don't take life too seriously. (I know it's hard sometimes, but with practise, it gets easier)

Meditate, take time to sit still in the silence and just be.
Read up on Tao. It has a lot of good advice.

Start reading up on Astral Projection and Lucid dreaming. It's really interesting, and fun to try. It may even open your eyes to even more wonders of our vast universe.

I hope you find comfort somehow. I am well away of the affects of being "awake". It's sooo difficult, especially when you feel like everyone around you will think you're crazy if you start talking about what you've discovered, or they just won't be interested. It's very frustrating, but hey, that's what the internet's for. :) I've found some great people to chat with about this stuff online. If it wasn't for my computer, I probably would have shot myself by now, lol.

Try to find things to be grateful for. Gratitude helps dissolve depressed feelings.

And just get away from all of it once in a while. Turn off the phone, the computer, the tv, everything! Find something to do that's completely unrelated to conspiracies and stuff. This will do a lot in helping you not become too insane. Haha, I need to follow my own advice! :D
