Have you been experiencing worse than normal cel phone reception lately?

I am in SW Colorado and I have noticed cel reception is worse than I have ever seen it. I use a cellular modem at home, and it too has been having a problem. My internet and my phone are on different providers, and I have noticed this problem from home and at work. What have you been experiencing and where are you (well roughly speaking...lol)?
