People on my base are slowly "waking up."

People on my base are really starting to talk about government weather modification [on their own] and that "just maybe it is possible" etc etc.

I been pointing out that the one day every week that it rains...is the same day that we are always scheduled for ruck marches. The one day during the week they allow the rain through and effects the working day. As well as how often storms go around us.

So I've been spreading the word, showing everyone the patents and such...and taking a more active approach against "them."
