I thought, with the increased and sustained activity, the simulator would be glowing red, yellow and white. Instead, it appears to have flatlined and gone opaque. Could someone please explain why the simulator data doesn't seem to reflect the geomagnetic storming or incoming CMEs? I know I must be missing or misinterpreting something here.
